SOART is a handmade bag brand, born from passion and expertise passed down since 1989. Founded by Ms. Soumaya Barbouchi, it draws its heritage from her father, a recognized designer and leather goods specialist.

SOART’s initial goal was to highlight Tunisian craftsmanship through modern, durable, and timeless bags. In 2020, the brand launched its first collection using natural palm fiber, handcrafted in workshops in southern Tunisia, specifically in “GABES.”The success of this debut collection spurred SOART to expand its ambitions. The brand turned to the search for eco-friendly materials to create bags that combine environmental respect with avant-garde design. Thus, SOART integrated innovative materials like natural rattan and plant fibers, while preserving traditional artisan techniques such as weaving, braiding, and knitting.
